Our Return Policy (Let’s Keep It Real)

We love helping you spice things up — but when it comes to returns, we have to keep things clean. Literally.

Because most of our goodies are intimate or skin-contact items, we can’t take back anything that’s been opened or used. It’s all about hygiene, safety, and keeping things classy for everyone.

💌 We will happily accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You got the wrong item (oops, our bad!)

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

  • The product is still sealed in its original packaging (and it's within 14 days of delivery)

Just shoot us an email at info@notjustsextoys.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A quick note about the issue

  • A photo if it’s damaged — we don’t need a photoshoot, just something clear

🚫 We can’t accept returns on:

  • Used/opened toys or oils (for obvious reasons)

  • Lingerie that’s been tried on or unwrapped

  • Clearance items or gift cards

💳 Refunds:

If your return is approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days once we receive the item back and give it a quick check.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
